Vaginal Birth After 2 Caesarean (VBA2C)
Dr Paul Tseng
Thomson Medical Centre
If you’re pregnant and planning on having a baby naturally I highly recommend getting yourself a doula because it is life changing. I’m a “high risk” mum because I’m 40 with two prior caesarean births.
Thankfully with the support of my excellent gynae, Paul Tseng, I was able to opt to deliver naturally and could have Warda at Thomson medical with me throughout the LONG-DRAWN process.
My husband was totally helpless and when you’re in pain, random nurses asking u questions isn’t fun. So, thank god I had Warda to cheer me on, get me moving, walk me through breathing and bouncing and literally showering me with water therapy.
After 1 emergency c-sect, one failed VBAC, I achieved a VBA2C.
Warda was an amazing source of strength, patience and support from when I could labor at home till when I got to the hospital and she arrived all smiles and confident we could achieve the rare VBA2C.

"I cannot recommend Warda enough to any pregnant mama.
She has been an absolute blessing throughout both of my pregnancies, offering consistent support with her monthly bodywork treatments.
Over the years, I’ve experienced many types of bodywork, but there’s something truly special about Warda’s touch.
She has magic hands—her work is deeply healing, intuitive, and
truly transformative"
Warda has an incredible ability to understand the nuances of a pregnant body. She knows exactly where to focus her attention to support the body in opening, relaxing, and adapting to the physical changes that come with pregnancy.
Whether it’s relieving tension in the back, hips, or shoulders, or simply helping the body reset and restore balance, her bodywork sessions leave me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to embrace whatever the next phase of pregnancy brings.
One of the most impactful things she helped me with was navigating a BREECH pregnancy.
With her expertise in Spinning Babies techniques, she helped me gently encourage the baby to turn, which was a huge relief. But Warda’s support goes far beyond physical bodywork. Her wisdom and emotional insight have been invaluable, especially in the days and weeks leading up to and following my births.
Her presence is calming, reassuring, and empowering—she truly understands the emotional landscape of pregnancy and the challenges that come with it.
I also feel deeply grateful for the emotional support Warda provided during some of my more challenging moments. Pregnancy can be an emotional rollercoaster, and Warda’s compassionate listening and guidance helped me navigate difficult moments with greater ease and peace of mind.
She’s become a trusted friend and a wise advisor during this transformative time in my life, and I’ll always be thankful for the way she’s touched my journey. Warda has supported me in countless ways, she’s been a huge asset in my breastfeeding journey, offering practical advice and even providing relief during episodes of engorgement.
If you’re pregnant, or planning to be, I highly recommend making Warda a part of your birth team in whatever capacity you can.
Her approach is holistic, healing, and grounded in years of experience, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by my side during such an important time.
If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment with her, TAKE IT- your body, mind, and spirit will THANK YOU.

Magical Birth Story, My First Love

“My water broke at 3:30 AM on the cusp of Sunday and Monday, and we immediately reached out to Warda, our doula. Her calm presence helped me feel grounded, and she guided us through every step of the journey."
By the time we arrived at the hospital around 1:30 PM, I was 4 cm dilated. Warda helped me manage the early labor with soothing massages, specific movements, and time in the bathtub, which offered relief and comfort. At 4 cm, we used the TENS machine Warda had brought, and it worked wonders in easing the pain.
As labor progressed, I decided to try gas for pain relief, but when I struggled to breathe steadily, I opted for an epidural. Once it took effect, I was able to relax, and labor continued naturally. My beautiful baby , Miguel was born at 11:17 PM, healthy and strong.
Looking back on the 20 hours from my water breaking to Miguel’s birth, I’m filled with gratitude for Warda’s support.
Her steady presence, unwavering belief in my strength, and deep care helped me navigate the experience with calm and confidence. It was a magical journey—one of love, trust, and strength—that I’ll always treasure.
Thank you Warda for making my birthing experience a memorable one”
